# Privacy

> Analytics and marketing consent, protection of health data, absence visibility, and requests about your personal data.

## Analytics and marketing consent

On your first visit, Tivero asks for your consent. The product works exactly the same if you decline.

| Category      | What it covers                                                                                                                  |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Necessary** | The sign-in session and security. The product doesn't work without them, so they aren't a choice.                               |
| **Analytics** | Which screens are used and where people get stuck. We don't send names, email addresses, comments or URLs carrying identifiers. |
| **Marketing** | Applies only to the tivero.app website. The app loads no marketing tools.                                                       |

You can change your consent at any time: **Settings → Privacy → Privacy and analytics → Change preferences**.

## Health data and private types

* Details of private types (for example "Medical leave (L4)") are visible only to the person, their manager and HR. Everyone else sees "Absence".
* Don't enter a diagnosis or medical details in request comments.
* Tivero doesn't accept medical documents.

## Requests about your data (GDPR)

    **Export my data**, **Rectify my data** or **Delete my data**. Optionally add details.

    Click **Send request**.

Data requests are handled by your organization's HR. Deletion is a request — the organization may be required to retain some records for legal and accounting reasons.
