# Sign-in and account

> How to sign in, switch between workspaces, and change the theme and notification preferences.

## Sign in

Open [dash.tivero.app/en/sign-in](https://dash.tivero.app/en/sign-in) and sign in with the email address your account was created with or your invitation was sent to. Follow the instructions on the sign-in screen.

  Your email address is your account key in the organization and can't be changed in Tivero. If your address has changed, ask HR to add you with the new address.

## Several workspaces

If you belong to several organizations, you see **Choose a workspace** after signing in. Each workspace has its own data, roles and settings.

## My account

In **Settings → My account** you see your full name, email address and role, and set your **Notification preferences**.

## Theme

Change the app theme (**Light**, **Dark** or **System**) with **Toggle theme** in the sidebar.

## Notifications

Tivero sends email notifications, for example about a new request to review and about the decision on your request. The organization-wide events are set by an administrator in **Settings → Notifications**. If your organization uses [Microsoft Teams](/en/microsoft-365/teams), notifications can also arrive in Teams.

## Inactive workspace

If you see **Workspace inactive**, access to the workspace has been suspended or ended. Your data is retained. Contact your organization's administrator or us at [hello@tivero.app](mailto:hello@tivero.app).
