On your first visit, Tivero asks for your consent. The product works exactly the same if you decline. You can change your consent at any time: Settings → Privacy → Privacy and analytics → Change preferences.

Health data and private types

  • Details of private types (for example “Medical leave (L4)”) are visible only to the person, their manager and HR. Everyone else sees “Absence”.
  • Don’t enter a diagnosis or medical details in request comments.
  • Tivero doesn’t accept medical documents.

Requests about your data (GDPR)

Open the form

Go to Settings → Privacy.

Choose the request type

Export my data, Rectify my data or Delete my data. Optionally add details.

Send

Click Send request.
Data requests are handled by your organization’s HR. Deletion is a request — the organization may be required to retain some records for legal and accounting reasons.
