How Tivero counts the request length

Non-working days and public holidays don’t count towards the length. Tivero counts only working days, based on your work schedule, the confirmed holiday calendar for your work location, and company days. After you submit, open the request: the Calculation details section shows the days that don’t count and why, for example Weekend, Public holiday, Additional company day off or Rest day in the work schedule. See How working days are counted.

Overlapping requests

If you already have another request (pending or approved) in the chosen period, Tivero shows a warning. Check that you aren’t submitting the same request twice.

If you can’t submit a request

Tivero shows a message with the reason, for example a missing balance, no policy, or an unconfirmed holiday calendar. See I can’t submit a request.
