- You can choose a plan at any point during the trial. You pay nothing today — the first payment happens when the trial ends.
- If you don’t choose a plan, after 30 days the workspace becomes read-only. Your data stays, you can export it, and new changes wait for a plan.

Who counts as a billable person
We bill active people — those who have accepted their invitation or been activated manually. You don’t buy seats up front.- Adding a profile or sending an invitation costs nothing on its own.
- Deactivated, archived and deleted people aren’t billed.
- We bill a minimum of 10 seats, even when fewer people are active.
