Done

When you’re back in Tivero, syncing is on. Tivero also adds ongoing and upcoming approved absences.

What the event looks like

  • An all-day event in the person’s calendar, shown as Out of office.
  • Private, with a neutral title. It doesn’t include the absence type or the comment.
  • One event per approved request.
  • It appears within a few minutes of approval.
Tivero uses this access only for people synced with this workspace.

What happens when things change

Syncing is one-way: from Tivero to Outlook. Changes made in Outlook don’t come back to Tivero. Partial-day absences aren’t synced.

People who need attention

If events can’t be created for some people, Tivero shows how many people need attention. See Microsoft 365 issues.
